Join us for an exciting Frisbee event! Not only will there be Frisbee competitions, but also three exciting games: Frisbee Nine Square, Frisbee Darts, and Frisbee Bowling. Even beginners with zero experience can enjoy the thrill of Frisbee! The prize will be awarded to participants on a first-come, first-served basis if they successfully complete two or more games.

一、活动安排
1.活动时间：2023年6月3日 13:30-18:00
2.活动地点：北京快步云CBD文化体育广场
3.报名范围：北京CBD总工会建会企业会员
4.报名人数：80人（男女均可参加，鼓励企业单独组队参加）
5.报名时间：5月24日-5月27日
Arrangement
1. Date and Time: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM, June 3, 2023
2. Venue: Beijing Kuaibuyun CBD Culture and Sports Square
Location of the Venue (please refer to the attached map)
3. Scope: Corporate members of Beijing CBD Federation of Trade Unions
4. Number of Registrations: 80 individuals (Both men and women are welcome to participate, and we encourage companies to form teams to participate.)

二、报名方式
第一步，点击进入公众号“北京CBD总工会”
第二步，点击下方菜单栏“飞盘活动”进行报名。
第三步，填写报名信息（请仔细填写有效证件号码，我们将用于购买活动保险）。
第四步，填写完成后点击“确认报名”。
报名结果以电话通知为准，工作人员会在报名结束后三个工作日之内电话通知您。
Registration
Step 1: Click on the WeChat official account.
Step 2: Click on the “Frisbee Activity” in the menu bar below to register.
Step 3: Fill in the registration information, including your valid ID number (which will be used to purchase event insurance).
Step 4: After completing the application, click “Confirm Registration”.
Step 5: The registration results will be notified by phone. Our staff will contact you within three working days after the registration deadline.

开场热身Warm-up、基础教学basic instruction、飞盘对抗赛Frisbee game、飞盘嘉年华Frisbee carnival
四、竞赛办法
1.比赛使用由世界飞盘联合会认证的标准175g团队飞盘。
2.以个人形式报名，每队5人，抽签进行分队、分组，进行5v5的团队飞盘比赛。一共16支队伍，抽签分成ABCD四个组，每队两场比赛，比赛时间每场12分钟，每场间隔3分钟，比赛在12分钟时直接结束。
3.比赛采用积分制，胜3分，平1分，负0分。按照积分进行排名，积分最高的队伍获奖。
Competition Rules
1. The competition will use standard 175g team discs that have been certified by the World Flying Disc Federation.
2. Participants must register as individuals and form teams of 5 people. Teams will be drawn into groups (ABCD), with a total of 16 teams competing. Each team will play two games, with each game lasting 12 minutes and a 3-minute interval between games. The game will end directly at the 12-minute mark.
3. The competition will use a point system, with 3 points awarded for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. The team with the highest number of points will be awarded accordingly.
活动小贴士
1.适合人群：飞盘属于中高强度有氧运动，请大家依据自身情况酌情报名参与。前来参加活动的职工请穿着舒适便于运动的服装和鞋履，保管好个人财产保护好自身安全。
2. 现场需签署自愿参加活动声明。
3. 参加活动务必携带身份证等有效证件（与报名信息一致）。
4. 本次活动不收取任何费用仅为职工提供运动平台，请大家文明参赛友好参赛。
Tips
1.Target participants:
Frisbee is a moderate-to-high intensity aerobic exercise, so please register for the game according to your own physical condition. Wear comfortable sports clothing and footwear, take care of your personal belongings and ensure your own safety.
2. Please sign the voluntary participation agreement on site.
3. Please bring your ID card and other valid documents (consistent with the registration information) to participate in the carnival.
4. This event is free of charge and only serves as a sports platform for employees. We kindly invite everyone to participate in a friendly manner.
